the man was on AF/DoD property, and the airman may have used excessive force, but we must also remember there are two sides to a story. Airman are required to be tased before being certified to carry it, so he knew the pain/effect of the taser. Just dont seem like the whole story to me

as a former worker on this base, I will tell you that the main highway runs right thru base property....always been questions regarding jurisdiction of these fuckwads....but like has been stated, we may not have the entire story....
