ORLANDO, Fla. -- A 13-year-old girl said an undercover detective would not take no as an answer when he tried to hit on her at the DoubleTree Hotel at Universal Studios. The Tennessee detective was in town for a law enforcement convention.

Tennessee detective Stephen Cretin is currently on administrative leave. There is an internal investigation after a 13-year-old said she was sexually harassed by the detective in Orlando.

Teri Denardo is upset because an undercover drug agent won't be facing criminal charges after she said he tried to pick up her 13-year-old daughter.

"It's off limits, it's illegal and he knows better than anyone else," said Denardo. "I was a little bit irate like what's going on?"

Denardo said she and her 13-year-old daughter were at the DoubleTree Hotel early in the week. Her daughter had gone to the restroom and, when she waked outside, the 33-year-old Tennessee cop approached her.

"He said, 'How old are and let me see your a--.' I was like, 'No!'" the alleged victim said.

The teenager said she started to get nervous when the man wanted to follow her out to the parking lot, so she tried to get away.

"'I got to go to the car and change now,'" the teen recounted telling the officer. "And he followed me and asked, 'Are you sure I can't go with you?'"

The teen finally went to security and reported the cop. When she found out he was a sergeant visiting Orlando for a drug conference. Denardo, her mother, said she was shocked.

Orlando police officers were not able to charge the agent with any wrongdoing, but have forwarded the case to his supervisors.

"I want to know why someone would do that if they are in that profession," the teen said.

The Spring Hill detective admits he talked to the 13-year-old in the hotel. However, he said he did not say anything inappropriate to her.
