Another motorcycle fatality — the 10th in the 10 days spanning this year's Bike Week in Laconia — was reported yesterday in Henniker.

Police said a Hells Angels member was killed yesterday in a crash involving three vehicles on routes 202/9 about 4:50 p.m. at Liberty Hill overpass. The driver of the motorcycle, whose name was withheld pending notification of family, died at the scene.

He was traveling west and passing another vehicle traveling in the same direction when he struck an eastbound car head-on, before sideswiping another westbound car, police said.

The driver of the eastbound car, whose name was not released, was injured. Two other accidents reported yesterday — one involving a motorcycle — did not appear to be related to Bike Week, police said.

In a second accident reported yesterday, a Nashua man suffered a serious leg injury after losing control of a motorcycle on Buck Meadow Road shortly after 6 p.m.

Andrew Blazka, 20, had borrowed a friend's bike and was riding in a residential area when he lost control, said Nashua Police Sgt. Francis Bourgeois.

"He was going well over the speed limit," Bourgeois said. "And he doesn't have a motorcycle license."

Blazka was taken to a local hospital initially, then flown to Boston Medical Center for treatment. His condition was not available last night, according to a nursing supervisor on duty.

Bourgeois said Blazka's injuries were severe and was in jeopardy of losing his foot.
